The cardio area is perfect to keep fit and your heart healthy. Our range of state-of-the-art Technogym® equipment is designed to give you a varied workout, increase fitness and keep you healthy.
Equipment Includes: Technogym® treadmills, recumbent and upright cycles, cross trainers, crossover and rowing machines.

Using resistance equipment in your workout builds specific muscle groups to increase your strength and muscle tone. It is an excellent way to introduce yourself to weights as the machine guides your movement.
Equipment Includes: Low row, chest press, abductor, adductor, leg extension, leg curl, leg press, shoulder press, vertical pulldown, abdominal crunch, overhead press, plus a whole range of Kinesis machines designed to bridge the gap between fixed resistance machines and free weights.
Target specific muscle groups and improve your strength, muscle mass and core stability with free weights. Free weights help burn body fat, develop lean muscles and increase a resting metabolic rate.

Cable equipment allows you to use multi-directional movements to increase your strength and muscle tone. Our TRX™ suspension system uses your own body weight to increase strength and balance.

This versatile area allows you to warm-up, stretch, lunge and squat and use smaller equipment that can help with core and strength training.

Rutland Sports Park has a range of exercise classes including spin, bootcamp and circuits. You can view the group exercise timetable here.
The floodlit six lane running track at Rutland Sports Park is the perfect place to practice sprints and running of all distances. The use of the running track is included in your Health Club membership.
